What's the opportunity?

We are an early stage startup that's growing, and we are looking for the right co-founder to help our business grow.

Here at CTFO, we are preparing to launch our first product and will be focused on brand awareness and product distribution. As a co-founder of CTFO, you’ll be en experienced CPG marketer who will own communicating product value, brand development, and customer acquisition. We’re looking for experienced CPG marketers who have fundamental skills across the breadth of marketing and deep skills across some key areas. As a co-founder, you will lead initiatives that span GTM strategy, content, events, market research, PR, and online customer acquisition initiatives. 

What You'll Do

  • Being an instrumental part of building an amazing and memorable brand
  • Co-lead the development of a team that can create a long-lasting product in the CPG ecosystem

What You'll Have

  • 5+ years in CPG marketing 
  • Strong writing, communication and project management skills
  • Ability to position, message and tell a story for a Consumer Product Good
  • A passion for problem solving
  • Highly analytical

Nice To Have

 

  • Food and beverage industry experience
  • Capable of wearing multiple hats at an early-stage company
  • Can understand logistics and supply-chain
  • Passion for Hemp CBD
  • Interested in relieving stress and anxiety around the world

Willing To

  • Travel (relocation included) to Boulder, CO in May to participate in the CanopyBoulder Accelerator (ends August 30th)
